He has 37 years experience in various facets of HR, IR, EHS, Administration and Public Relations with various Large Indian Companies and MNCs across India,viz : Union Carbide India ltd (1972 to 1981), Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd (1981 to 1991), UB Group (MCF ltd : 1991 to 1994 VP-HR & Invitee on Board) RPG Group (FGP:Ltd 1994 to 1997 GM-HR ) and Saint- Gobain ( 1998 to 2005) as VP (HR&EHS). Has international exposure in Saint-Gobain at Dallas & Paris on Managing Performance & Developing International Managers. Before coming to ZCS, he was a freelance Headhunter, HR Consultant & Corporate trainer with various MNCs and large Indian Business houses in the areas of Organization behavior, Organization development including Managing Change, Team building, Leadership, Communication, Performance Management, Multirater Feedback, Competency Mapping, Compensation & benefit processes, Restructuring & rationalization of workforce, Instituting Learning systems, providing Strategic IR solutions.

Ms. K. Kalyani – General Manager
