Situation
Our Client is one of the world's largest IT management software providers. Its today a global company with headquarters in the United States and 150 offices in more than 45 countries. It serves more than 98% of Fortune 1000® companies, as well as government entities, educational institutions and thousands of other companies in diverse industries worldwide.

Our Client made a business decision to hire an experienced, HR professional to bring structure and cohesion to the organization. To streamline the existing processes and to create an environment for introduction of new processes and practices, our Client was looking for a high potential candidate with extensive experience in HR.

ZCS Approach
ZCS conducted an extensive needs analysis and created a profile of the ideal candidate for this position. The role required significant knowledge and experience with all the functions spanning HR .A targeted list of direct competitors as well as major companies providing similar services was created and the team launched a campaign to contact and engage qualified candidates.
